Road modification review:

• Road Modification Review Team
• There are state restrictions on how much time these can take.
• This is documenting how things are done. Not code.
• A lot of discussion about how the process works and how to reduce back and forth that is currently experienced.
• Will have her back to see how its going.

Land Use Timeline Management

• Much discussion about process – county wants to make sure they can get things done within deadlines (in state law). Balance that and flexibility, dealing with issues, etc.
