A Board of Directors operates the Local League. An annual membership meeting is held every spring and numerous events are held throughout the year. We depend on volunteer assistance for all aspects of Local League work.

The League of Women Voters of Clark County is one of twenty Local Leagues in Washington (lwvwa.org). On a national level (lwv.org), there are League members in all 50 states and over 700 communities. When you join the League you are a member at all three levels.

Joining the League of Women Voters is a great way to get involved in your community and play an active role in our democracy. Find a membership form here.

Our volunteers work year round to register new voters, host community forums and debates, and provide voters with election information they need. We engage at the local, state and national levels on legislative priorities and efforts to improve our elections.
