In June we will start with a discussion of two initiatives that will be on the ballot this fall: Initiative Measure IL26-638 intends to keep “biologically male students from competing with and against female students in athletic activities.” Initiative Measure IL26-001 would undo student protections signed into law by Governor Ferguson in 2025 (HB 1296).
